Once you’ve booked your appointment online, you will receive an SMS specifying where to drop off and park your vehicle at a time that suits you. Then use a unique code to leave your keys in our secure drop box.
2. Keep up to date on your repairs
Dacia Care Service informs you when your vehicle is taken into the shop, and you receive real-time updates on all the scheduled maintenance repairs and inspections.
3. Pick up your vehicle whenever you like
You are notified as soon as your vehicle is ready. Pay online and pick up your vehicle at any time, using our secure key drop box.
